SAN DIEGO : FBI Arrests Suspect in Bank Robberies

FBI agents and San Diego police Tuesday arrested a man they suspect robbed a San Diego bank and four banks in Northern California, officials said.
Randy Anthony Scales, 36, was arrested at Home and Fairmount avenues at noon, authorities said.
The FBI Bank Robbery Task Force was investigating the Oct. 19 robbery of the Union Bank at the 4300 block of University, about two miles from where Scales was arrested.
