Hillary Clinton

Upon reading Jesse Jackson’s thoughtful response (Column Left, Dec. 6) to the rabid media exploitation of Hillary Clinton’s participation in the President-elect’s efforts to solicit input from various sources during the transition period, I was impressed with the breadth of his indictment against the thoughtless attack upon Mrs. Clinton. It is curious that none of the media have set aim for the other presidential “advisers”; at least not on the basis of a lack of ability, education or experience.
One wonders why she is singled out for her contributions to the task of selecting talented and dedicated men and women to serve in the next Administration.
