Yosemite Tent Cabins

In response to “Yosemite Tent Cabins a Pitched Battle,” Nov. 23:
Don’t shed any tears over the occupants in Yosemite’s tent cabins. The conditions are hardly comparable to migrant labor camps. I know, since I lived in those cabins for two summers.
Moving them 16 miles down the road will only tear up a meadow there, and create traffic problems and pollution on the road to the valley.
Let’s use our heads. Those cabins are fine where they are. Let’s leave them alone and spend our money for something more important.
