While expectations are restrained by intelligent people hopes run high with the manner in which Bill Clinton is going about to prepare himself and his staff to govern after Jan. 20.
Gathering some of the best brains in the country in a conference to pick their brains, is, in my lifetime, unprecedented. Amazing is Clinton’s grasp of the subjects covered and the depth of his comprehension. I hope to live long enough to observe the accomplishments that I feel certain he will bring about.
