THE FIVE DO’S: The Orange County Medical Assn. has put out its “Top Five New Year’s Resolutions” for local residents to adopt for better health. . . . Two of them, at first glance, may look like they came from the police: Buckle up in a car and wear a helmet on a motorcycle or bicycle. Others: If you’re over 40, be aware the dangers of colon cancer from poor diet, use sunscreen and drink plenty of water. The association’s Teresa Rackauckas says these five could save 1.5 million lives a year nationally.
