Hidden Trick, ridden by Randy Romero, made a powerful late run to win the $90,180 Hutcheson Stakes for 3-year-olds at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale, Fla.
The Virginia-bred son of Trempolino ran seven furlongs in 1:23 3/5 and paid $8.80 in the prep race for the Florida Derby.
