Holmes & Narver Names Contracts Chief Mary H. DeMers

Mary H. DeMers has been appointed manager of contracts for Holmes & Narver Inc., the Orange engineering, architectural and construction services company. She was formerly manager of contracts and procurement for the Orange County Transportation Corridor Agency. DeMers has also been supervisor of Orange County contracts section and was contracts administrator for Arco Oil & Gas Co.
