Local Support: Twenty-one local arts organizations will share $77,000 in National/State/County Partnership Grants. The matching grants, administered by the L.A. County Music and Performing Arts Commission, help small-budget and emerging groups. Top winners include Venice’s Beyond Baroque ($11,000), Pasadena’s I Cantori ($9,000), Los Angeles’ Stages Inc. ($8,000), Pan-African Film Festival ($5,000) and Santa Monica’s 18th Street Arts Complex ($4,000).
