Medical Updates: Actress Claudette Colbert, 89, will need at least six weeks to recuperate from a stroke, doctors in Barbados said. They added that Colbert, who has been hospitalized since March 2, is “still seriously ill.” . . . And Katharine Hepburn, has been given a clean bill of health. Doctors discharged the 85-year-old Hepburn Monday from a hospital in Connecticut, where she had been hospitalized since Thursday for exhaustion.
