A judge ruled that former sports agent Joseph Senkovich Jr. must pay $2.4 million to three NFL players and one former player in a fraud case because the agent and his wife failed to respond to the players’ lawsuit.
U.S. District Judge Barron McCune ordered the payment to Pittsburgh Steelers Dermontti Dawson and John Jackson, Marc Logan of the 49ers and Stanley Clayton, formerly of the Steelers.
