Three top managers in Italy’s state-controlled energy conglomerate were arrested in a mushrooming corruption scandal. Pio Pigorini, Gianni Dell’Orto and Raffaele Santoro were taken into custody two days after the chairman of the Ente Nazionale Idrocarburi conglomerate was placed under arrest.
