Another Other Film School

I am dismayed and upset by Robin Rauzi’s article on the LACC film school (“LACC: Low-Budget Film U.,” March 16). What upsets me the most is the designation used: “Welcome to L.A.’s other film school.” While I admire LACC’s program, there are other film schools in the area. Columbia College-Hollywood, a degree-granting institution, has been graduating filmmakers and video makers for 41 years. I invite Rauzi to come by and see “L.A.’s other film and video school.”
