Since one of your readers has chosen to criticize Bill Christine for providing us with comprehensive Triple Crown coverage, I would like to offer a counter viewpoint. As a racing fan interested in the drama and history of classic horse races, I am a million times more interested in the Kentucky Derby than I am in the lowest claiming race at Santa Anita.
