Dr. Lawrence Kemper, Baldwin Park Unified School District superintendent, has been appointed to two state educational committees.
Gov. Pete Wilson has named Kemper to his statewide Superintendent’s Advisory Committee. Kemper has also been appointed to the superintendent’s advisory committee for the state superintendent of public instruction.
Kemper has been superintendent in Baldwin Park since July, 1991, and has more than 30 years of experience in education.
