Informational Meeting: Representatives of the famed Edinburgh Festival Fringe--which has spawned many similar festivals including Los Angeles’ own Fringe Festival in 1987 and the annual Inland Empire Fringe of the Fringe Festival--will be at the Biltmore Hotel today to talk to artists from 2 to 5 p.m. Fringe officials Mhairi Mackenzie-Robinson and Trisha Emblem will hold an “information and advice shop” for theater, opera, dance, mime and music groups hoping to take part in the annual event.
