Serious Series: TBS will produce more than 30 hours of long-form programming covering several topics. The projects, which will be shown later this year and in 1994, include “The Heart of Healing,” a three-part program dealing with stories of the mind healing the body; “The Untold West,” a trilogy of hourlong specials on rebels, rogues and outlaws; “A Family of Women,” about American females of the 20th Century, and “The Native Americans,” a previously announced six-hour documentary told from the perspective of the American Indian.
