EASY RIDERS: Other dogs are so smart they can ride a bus on their own, if you train them right. That’s what the Orange County Transportation Authority plans to do this morning. It will start its training of German shepherd and Labrador puppies--later assigned to the visually impaired--to board, take a seat, and exit county buses. . . . It’s a first for the OCTA, but spokeswoman Elaine Beno says the blind have a real need for these bus-savvy dogs.
