Ex-UCI Runner Rabbitt Is Seventh

WALNUT — Former UC Irvine women’s distance runner Buffy Rabbitt finished seventh in the invitational distance carnival 3,000-meter run Friday night at the Mt. San Antonio Relays.
Rabbitt, now competing for Nike Coast, finished in 9 minutes 15.56 seconds.
Sarah Howell of the Abbotsford Royals (Canada) won the race in 9:07.68.
