LAKE FOREST : Authorities Seeking Missing Woman, 23

Authorities are looking for a 23-year-old woman who has been missing since April 17.
Angeline Felicidad Muego, who authorities say has limited mental capacity, was reported missing by her uncle, Ronald Muego.
The uncle said that three years ago his niece once left for a few days to visit friends but that she returned on her own.
Sheriff’s Lt. Dick Olson said that no foul play is suspected but that”we’re issuing a missing persons bulletin just in case something happened to her.”
The missing woman is described as being 5-foot-3 and weighing approximately 125 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black jacket and blue jeans when last seen.
