Flamemaster Increases Stake in Perfectdata

The Flamemaster Corp. has increased its stake in Perfectdata Corp. to 833,500 shares, or about 24.4% of outstanding shares, for investment purposes.
Sun Valley-based Flamemaster, which makes sealants and coatings, had previously owned 575,000 shares, or 16.9%, of the Simi Valley maker of computer and office-maintenance products and earlier this month had purchased more than 200,000 shares of the company.
Flamemaster said it plans to introduce several cleaning and maintenance product lines to be marketed worldwide by Perfectdata.
