WESTMINSTER : Police Identify Man Found Dead in Car

The decomposed body of a man found stuffed in the trunk of a parked car Sunday was identified as Tien Dinh Vu, 19, of Valinda in Los Angeles County, police said Monday.
A preliminary autopsy showed that Vu had been shot several times in the upper portion of his body, said a spokesman for the Westminster Police Department. Police have no suspects.
Vu’s body was discovered after residents of the quiet neighborhood in the 7900 block of 15th Street noticed a foul odor coming from an unlocked car that had been parked on the street for several days.
Vu had been bound at the feet and wrapped in a navy blue blanket, police said.
