This Angler Seemingly Knows All the Angles

The hottest largemouth bass fisherman in the state might be a 15-year-old from Thousand Oaks. Week after week over the past three months, reports from Lake Casitas near Ventura have included the name of Darren Tochihara, son of instructor Rod Tochihara.
Darren’s top catches have included fish of 16, 14, 13 and 11 pounds, and this past week he had two 10-pounders.
