Malibu : Harlow to Run for Council
Councilman John Harlow has announced that he will be a candidate in next April’s City Council election.
Harlow, 63, who was appointed to the council last year after the resignation of former Councilman Larry Wan, said this week he will campaign as an independent voice in seeking a four-year term.
Councilman Walt Keller has not announced whether he intends to run again.
