Irvine Firm Picks 2 Directors of Environmental Services

* David H. Randell and Gregory R. Millikan have been appointed directors of environmental services for Leighton & Associates Inc., an Irvine environmental and geotechnical engineering firm.
Randell will direct the firm’s site investigations program in the Orange County region and Millikan will handle the Los Angeles region. Randell was previously manager of environmental management services for Clayton Environmental Consultants Inc. in Cypress. Millikan was formerly with Black & Veatch Waste Science and Technology Corp. in Concord, Calif.
