Raymond W. Hackbarth Jr. has opened a law office in Irvine. Hackbarth is president and general counsel of American Pacific Ventures, a real estate development company that specializes in condominium and apartment projects. Hackbarth said the San Clemente-based development company is between projects, and he is returning to his law practice for now. He is also the former president of Newport Beach-based Monarch Securities.
