* Greg Allard has been appointed director of franchise development for Canada for the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc., the real estate franchise subsidiary of the Prudential. He will work out of the company’s Costa Mesa headquarters. Allard joined the company in 1992 as an account executive and was appointed director of franchise sales support earlier in 1993. He formerly was a franchise sales director of Coldwell Banker both in the United States and in Canada.
