* JOGGING DOGS: The L.A. Dog and Jog Walk will be held today at the Balboa Sports Center, 17015 Burbank Blvd., Encino. Registration will begin at 8 a.m., followed by a two-mile run at 9 a.m. and a one-mile walk at 9:30 a.m. Entry fee is $20 per dog. Information: (310) 828-4123.
