Citicorp Names a Fourth Vice Chairman: The company said Pei-yuan Chia has been appointed a vice chairman of Citicorp and Citibank N.A. The promotion creates four vice chairman positions on Citicorp’s board. Chia was named a senior executive vice president and member of the company’s senior management committee in January, 1992. He joined the New York-based company in 1974. He has been a director of Citicorp and Citibank since April.
