Morelli’s II Inc. Loses 6 Cents a Share

Nona Morelli’s II Inc., an Irvine Italian food company, said it lost $304,355, or 6 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, compared to a loss of $177,798, or 36 cents a share, a year earlier. Per-share figures were adjusted to reflect a December 1-for-10 reverse stock split. Revenue rose to $818,808 from $439,516. For the first half of the fiscal year, the company lost $2.8 million, or 63 cents a share.
