PREP SOFTBALL ROUNDUP : Orange Wins Brea-Olinda Tournament Title

Sophomore pitcher Lindsay Huebner threw a five-hitter to lead Orange to a 1-0 victory over Ocean View in the championship of the Brea-Olinda softball tournament Saturday.
Huebner walked two batter and struck out three in route to her second victory.
Orange scored its only run in the third inning. Sheryl Anderson walked with one out, and Dara Marzolo doubled her to third. An errant pickoff attempt allowed Anderson to score.
Orange is 4-2, Ocean View 3-1.
In the third-place game of the Brea Olinda tournament:
Brea Olinda 7, La Habra 5--Jennifer Swender was two for three with three RBIs for Brea Olinda (3-2). Ann Knobbe had two hits and an RBI.
In the championship game of the Costa Mesa tournament:
Brethren Christian 11, Costa Mesa 5--Freshamn Melissa Cape was five for five with three RBIs for Brethren Christian (5-1). Brooke Hofstetter gave up one hit (the first hit against her in 17 innings this year) in three innings of relief for her third victory.
