Chevron Enters Negotiations to Sell Texas Refinery: San Francisco-based Chevron Corp. said it has entered into exclusive negotiations to sell its refinery in Port Arthur, Tex., to Clark Refining & Marketing Inc. of St. Louis. for an undisclosed price. The sale would not include the petrochemical and lube-oil packaging operations of the Port Arthur facility.
