ESPN’s Jim Rome should be commended for not holding back in his interview with Jim Everett. Sure, Rome is pretty obnoxious, but at least he says the same thing to a person’s face that he says on the radio every day. It makes me sick when sportscasters like Fred Roggin and Joe McDonnell are critical of an athlete in his absence and then kiss up to him during an interview.
