There’s Only 1 Chamber Spokesman

* This letter is to correct your article “Shooting Reflects Change in Cafe Tradition, Some Say” (March 29). In the article, The Times incorrectly identified Mr. Andrew Hoang as the spokesman for the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce in Orange County. This is not the fact. The only spokesman for the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce in Orange County is Dr. Co Pham, the chamber’s president.
Andrew Hoang was a volunteer for the chamber and he only gave his own opinion.
