Mark Taylor has been appointed vice president of investor relations for the ICN Pharmaceutical group of companies, which include Viratek Inc., SPI Pharmaceuticals Inc. and ICN Biomedicals Inc. Taylor joins Costa Mesa-based ICN from Kemper Securities, a Chicago investment bank, where he served as senior vice president in the Corporate Services group.
