Bank Extends $5.8-Million Credit Line to CSL

CSL Lighting Manufacturing Inc., the Valencia-based maker of light fixtures, said it has been extended a $5.8-million credit package from Bank of America.
The Bank of America credit and loan package consists of a two-year, $5-million revolving line of credit and a three-year, $834,000 loan.
The company will use the capital to repay some existing bank debt and for working capital.
Earlier this year, CSL raised $8 million in its public stock offering.
