13 Die in Mexico Bus Crash

MEXICO CITY — A bus plunged into a ravine in the central state of Guanajuato on Monday, killing 13 people and injuring 38, the official news agency Notimex said.
According to Notimex, police said the bus ran off the road when its brakes failed on a highway in the mountains near the town of Silao.
