TROV collectors, ahoy: Starting Wednesday, Carl’s Jr. locations in California and Arizona will award TROVS--milk-bottle caps that kids use to trade or play games with, not unlike baseball cards--to customers who purchase a “Slammin’ TROV meal” for $1.99. TROVS is an Orange-based company founded by Bill Hodson.
