EL MONTE : Local PUC Field Office Merged With Downey’s

The California Public Utilities Commission has moved its El Monte field office into its Downey office to reduce office facilities expenses.
The El Monte unit is one of two field offices that assist transportation companies and answer questions about movers, shuttles and dump trucks.
The Downey office is at 8141 E. 2nd St., Suite 310, telephone (310) 923-5576. Consumers may also voice concerns about airport shuttles or any transportation company by calling (800) 366-4782.
