Your otherwise excellent article on Tahiti (May 22) refers to the owners of the Bali Hai Hotel as “Orange County ex-patriots.” Orange County may be home to the world’s biggest American flags, but try expatriate. The fact that your computer spell-checker didn’t object doesn’t make it right.
