I can certainly validate that the mail is getting slower and slower (June 29). On June 23 I received a letter from Gov. Pete Wilson that had been written and was postmarked June 10 in Sacramento. Apparently even the governor’s mail cannot be delivered in a timely manner.
Bring back the pony express! They could have carried a letter from Sacramento to Los Angeles in less than 13 days.
