Titans’ Colbert Ruled Ineligible

FULLERTON — Shefonda Colbert, a two-year starter at forward for the Cal State Fullerton women’s basketball team, has been ruled academically ineligible and was not readmitted to the university for fall classes.
Colbert, a former Lynwood High star, averaged 10.6 points as a freshman and 9.3 last season as a sophomore. She led the team in rebounding last season with an 8.8 average.
She started all 27 games for a team that was 5-22 last season.
