AND ONE MORE THING: Tom Petty wanted to give something extra to his loyal fans with his new album, “Wildflowers,” which will be in stores on Nov. 1. The first 500,000 CDs sold will come in a special slip-cover, while 250 of those--distributed randomly--will include discs autographed by Petty. And the first single, “You Don’t Know How It Feels,” will also come with a bonus, a previously unreleased song called “Girl on LSD” with limerick-like verses dealing with behavior caused by a number of addictive substances.
