LOS ALAMITOS : School Board Candidates to Talk

The Los Alamitos Parents-Teachers Assn. Council is sponsoring a forum for candidates seeking two seats on the school board of the Los Alamitos Unified School District.
Arlene Solomon, parliamentarian of the California School Board Assn., will serve as moderator of the forum, scheduled for 7 p.m. Oct. 26 in Rooms 156 and 157 at Los Alamitos High School.

The candidates are incumbent Matthew Duggan and challengers Kathi O’Brien, a community volunteer; Diane Escalante Gilkenson, a teacher; and Michael Pintek, a real estate attorney.
