Monroe 20, North Hollywood 19--A 27-yard field-goal attempt by Malcolm Alvarez with 20 seconds remaining was wide right, allowing Monroe (3-4, 2-2) to escape at North Hills.

With Monroe trailing, 19-13, fullback Nick Nuccitelli, who gained 139 yards in 18 carries, scored from seven yards to tie the score, 19-19. Ivan Rodriguez kicked the extra point.

Dante Clay paced North Hollywood (1-6, 1-3) with 215 yards and two touchdowns in 21 carries.
