The Disc Manufacturing Inc. plant in Anaheim makes audio compact discs as well as CD-ROMs and multimedia discs for Apple Computer, 3DO, Broderbund and other computer companies. Early next year, the company plans to move from its 30,000-square-foot plant to a 220,000-square-foot facility, which was acquired recently in Anaheim from Rockwell International. Disc Manufacturing, which is owned by Chicago-based Quixote Corp., has about 190 employees in Orange County. It plans to add 100 employees after the move is completed early in 1995.
