Holiday albums by Kenny G and Mariah Carey remain prominent in The Times’ Southern California Top 10 this week, while Ice Cube tops the rap album list. On the singles’ chart, “Tootsee Roll” by 69 Boyz displaced Ini Kamoze’s “Here Comes the Hotstepper.”
