Russell W. Landreth has been appointed executive vice president and chief operating officer of Bromar Inc., a Newport Beach food broker. He had been president and chief executive of Bromar Southern California. Succeeding him in that position is James L. Layne of the Southern California division. John Hussey, president of Bromar NBC in Orange, has been given the additional title of vice president of food service for Bromar Inc.
