Commercial Building Fire Investigated

Fire roared through a vacant single-story commercial building near Downtown Los Angeles last week.
There were no reported injuries in the Wednesday evening fire at 618 S. Santa Fe Ave., said Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Al Ruiz.
Firefighters doused the flames in about 35 minutes, Ruiz said. Officials are investigating the cause.
