2 Networks to Cover Clinton News Briefing

WASHINGTON — NBC and CNN plan live television coverage of President Clinton’s news conference today at 10 a.m. PST, the networks said Thursday.
CBS said it had not decided by late Thursday whether it would carry the news conference live, and ABC said it had no plans to provide live coverage.
