There is little question that Carter, the co-most valuable player in the Orange Empire Conference, was the most dynamic player in Orange County this season. Carter, a 6-foot-3 forward from Atlanta Crim High, averaged a team-high 19 points, plus six rebounds and four assists. He made 12 of 18 shots and finished with 24 points as Saddleback beat Antelope Valley, 99-80, in a playoff game last Wednesday. He came back Friday with 25 points and seven rebounds in a loss to Los Angeles City, 83-70.
